C. C. Watson is a 2009 LHP/OF with a 6'0'', 185 lb. frame from Heflin, AL who attends Cleburne County HS. Watson has a medium athletic build and a very fast arm. He works fast and used a 3/4 arm angle to pitch in the upper 80's topping at 90 in the Metrodome. His fastball has cutting action at times and he hides the ball well in his delivery. He used a solid curveball and completed his arsenal with a 69mph change. This lefty can pitch and has a great arm. C.C. is also an outstanding student.
