Noyes is an "04" RHP/1B with a good arm. At 6'2/250 he needs to tone up and reap the rewards. He shows a nice well balanced swing and creates bat speed. He looks like he knows what he's doing on the field. On the mound he showed 83 mph velocity. His breaking ball is very good (his best pitch) at 74 mph. It is filthy at times and one of the best in the showcase. If he gets in good shape he might throw 90 with a Plus MLB breaking ball. He has that good of an arm.
