Mick Distasio is a 2009 SS/P with a 6'3'', 190 lb. frame from Yarmouth, ME who attends Cheverus. Mick has sure hands in the infield, good range, quick release on slow rollers. At the plate he has strong hands, big raw power, gap to gap power, good bat speed, hard line drives. On the mound he has a tall lean frame, 3/4 arm slot, smooth easy arm action, mixes pitches well, solid command, CB has bite, and his arm projects. He is also a very good student.
