John didn’t run the 60 because of a slight hamstring injury. He has a nice left handed swing and the ball comes off his bat in a hurry. He is a line drive hitter who sprays the field. Behind the plate he is intelligent and knows what he's doing. He moved well despite the injury and popped around a 2.0 flat in the workout. We cant wait to see him when he is at full speed. He looks like he should be able to run when healthy. Keep an eye on him, he could be a nice surprise for 2005.
