Anthony Howard is a 2009 OF with a 6'1'', 175 lb. frame from Rockville, MD who attends Quince Orchard HS. Anthony is a very athletic outfielder who runs well and shows good range in the outfield. He shows a good swing at the plate and pullside power. He shows good potential with the bat and his bat will keep improving as he continues to gain strength. Anthony has good all around tools that will keep developing and will be one to watch out for over the next year. Howard has a fairly high ceiling.
