Devon Carr is a 2011 LHP with a 6'2'', 170 lb. frame from Bradenton, FL who attends Cardinal Mooney HS. Long slender frame, good projection. Sound fundamental delivery, repeats well, accelerates hard to the plate, arm is loose and easy, high 3/4's release. Low 80's fastball to 83 mph, some arm side run, SL showed good sweeping action and size, nice command of breaking ball, works both pitches to both sides of the plate. Should keep improving. Good student.
