Evan Carr is a 2010 SS/IF with a 6'2'', 185 lb. frame from Marietta, GA who attends Dominion Christian HS. Lean athletic body, high hips, good projection. Left handed hitter, upright stance, short crisp swing, gets to front side quickly, solid contact, good bat control, some extension out front, high average skills. Quick feet defensively, has range at SS, throws carry well, hands work, solid actions, 6.98 runner. Also pitched, quick loose arm, FB at 80 mph with sink, SL showed nasty sharp break at times, spotted both pitches, very effective. Good student.
