Cole Brocker is a 2008 RHP/OF/1B with a 6'3'', 180 lb. frame from Appleton, WI who attends Kimberly HS. Mature build, good lower 1/2 strength. Full delivery, arm works, good extension, throws downhill. FB 82-86, tends to work up in zone. Solid change up with arm speed/life at plate. Throws both CB/SL, both show good spin/depth, CB can be big/biting at times. Good balance and extension in swing, uses lower half well to generate power. Good student.

Cole Brocker is a 2008 RHP/1B/OF with a 6'3'', 180 lb. frame from Appleton, WI who attends Kimberly HS. He has a tall, angular build with a low waist and slopping shoulders. Broecker has a very slow and methodical delivery that could probably be speeded up a bit; he was often 4.0 - 4.2 to the plate from the wind up. He has a surprisingly compact arm action for such a slow delivery and his arm worked well. Broecker topped out at 83 mph and pitched at 80-81 mph with occasional cutting action on his fastball. He threw a 72 mph slider as a breaking ball and it flashed good quality spin at times. He tends to slow his arm on his change up. Broecker showed some power and hand strength at the plate hitting and probably hits with some pop at the high school level. It's easy to see him as a mid 80's right hander with some adjustments and added strength. Broecker is also a good student.
