Gregory DeSantis is a 2006 shortstop/second baseman from Bridgewater HS in Bridgewater, New Jersey, with a lean and athletic 6'2"/175 pound frame. Gregory is a switch hitter with a good base from the right side. He has leverage in his swing with gap power potential and is a line drive hitter. From the left side, he is solid with good bat speed and good power potential. DeSantis has good hands in the infield with very good body control. He displayed good athletic actions and a solid arm at 77 mph.
