Grant Bolin is a 2006 SS/2B/3B from Simsbury HS in Simsbury, Connecticut, with a lean 6'1"/160 pound frame. Bolin has solid actions and reactions in the infield with good body control and great feet around the bag at second base. As a right handed hitter, Grant has a narrow and open stance at the plate. He is a line drive hitter with very good bat speed. Bolin has strength in his swing as he showed with a homerun to left field in game action. Grant is a solid student.
