Kyran O'Green is a 2008 RHP with a 6'0'', 180 lb. frame from Moorpark, CA, who attends Chaminade High School. O'Green has a lean frame, but he has present strength in his body. On the mound he throws from a 3/4 arm slot with an extended arm action. He did not allow a hit in his three innings of work, while striking out five. O'Green stays inline and balanced with his delivery, and he throws with a good downward plane. He gets life on his fastball that topped out at 84 mph, and working from 82-84mph. Also mixes in a 12/6 curveball with biting action and depth. O'Green throws strikes with both of his pitches, and he has upside on the mound. At the plate he is a right handed hitter who hits from an average base with a simple swing. He shows bat speed through the zone with a line drive swing plane. He stays balanced, and he gets extension. Showed the ability to turn on the ball. O'Green is a player with upside, and he is a good student as well.
