O'Brien keeps fooling us. His size tells us he is a power pitcher, but he is very much a finesse guy and a good one. This kid can pitch! He changes speeds, has outstanding command of his pitches and location. He is going to win more often than not. If he did happen to put a few clicks on that heater, you got a top prospect.
