John Supple is a 2009 RHP/2B with a 6'1", 165 lb frame from Osh Kosh, WI who attends Osh Kosh West HS. John has a tall lanky frame with a good amount of room to fill out. On the mound John has a long fairly loose arm action and gets some sink on his fastball. He shows a solid change-up and a nice 11 to 5 slurve. Mechanically John tends to wrap his arm in the back and cut himself off in his finish. He is a little too stiff in his delivery, which affects the rest of his mechanics. At the plate John is primarily a contact hitter at this point. He really lacks the strength and mechanics to drive the ball. John is a very solid studen that could attract the attention of a few smaller colleges.
