Nash Hutter is a 2007 3B/MIF/2B with a 6'2'', 165 lb. frame from Shadow Hills, CA, who attends Verdugo Hills HS. Hutter has a tall and lean frame with very good projection. Defensively he has very good footwork at the hot corner showing range and athleticism. He has a short arm action on his throws with good arm strength. At the plate he is a right handed hitter who hits from an upright and open stance that he closes well at contact. He stays balanced through his swing with good swing mechanics. Hutter has quick hands through the hitting zone and displays gap to gap power with projection for more. He uses all fields, but appears to like the ball most on the inner half. Hutter plays with good instincts and has a great attitude. He has good upside to his overall game, and he is a very good student as well.
