Carter Stoehr is a 2015 RHP/3B with a 6-1 200 lb. frame from Woodbury, MN who attends East Ridge. Has a large projectable frame with an athletic strong build. Has a smooth balanced delivery with good pace to it. Throws from a 3/4 arm slot with a loose short arm action, does a good job of using his lower half and has good clean repeatable mechanics. He maintains his arm speed on his change-up and throws a good slider which he uses as his out pitch. Has a strong arm across the infield with a loose arm action. Displayed good footwork with lateral mobility a smooth glove. Makes hard contact at the plate with pop in his bat, has lift in his swing, and can drive the ball to all parts of the field. Is a very good student and is an intriguing 2-way player to follow closely.
