Donte Peters is a 2015 2B/OF with a 5-9 175 lb. frame from Columbia, MS who attends Columbia HS. Medium build with some quick twitch present strength. Right handed hitter, high energy hitter, moves into contact hard, aggressive swing with very good bat speed, whippy barrel with the ability to drive the ball up the gaps hard, big move in creates some inconsistency but also creates bat speed, drove the ball hard in games. 6.82 runner, graded out better in this look in centerfield, has the speed to cover ground anywhere on the field, compact arm action and some developing arm strength, has the athleticism to play second base at the next level with hard work in that area. Bat and speed with carry at present. Good student.
