Cooper Larson is a 2015 C/OF with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Maple Valley, WA who attends Tahoma Senior HS. Larson has a medium-athletic frame with some present strength. As a catcher he had short arm action with good footwork and online throws down to second base. Can improve as a catcher by working on his transfer and release. As a right handed hitter he hit from a square stance with a toe tap trigger and a line drive swing plane. He had good hitting mechanics at the plate and centered the ball up well. Good Student.
