Andrew Depkon is a 2014 RHP/OF, 1B with a 6-3 185 lb. frame from Park Ridge, IL who attends Maine South. Depkon has a large frame with a lean projectable build. He pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with a short arm circle in back. Depkon uses a high leg kid and finishes online. He gets some run on his fastball and and throws a change up as well. He has a developing delivery and feel for his pitches. Depkon can get more from his lower half to make a velocity jump. At the plate, Depkon looks to pull the ball and gets extension. He has developing actions in the outfield with developing arm strength. Very good student.
