Ryan Rogers is a 2013 1B/RHP with a 6-5 216 lb. frame from Littlefield, TX who attends Littlefield HS. Extra big and tall build, very good present strength. Right handed hitter, rotational swing, drifts into contact, looking to pull and lift, flashes power, will have to shorten approach for next level. 7.29 runner, shows mobility at first base, good footwork and soft hands, big target. Also pitched, compact arm action, 3/4's arm slot, some effort at release. Fastball topped at 78 mph, mostly straight, low 70's curveball best pitch, downer shape with good spin and break. Good student.
