David Hensley is a 2014 3B/SS, RHP with a 6-5 175 lb. frame from San Diego, CA who attends Patrick Henry. Very tall, long lanky build with room to fill. Also a promising pitching prospect but didn't pitch at this event. Legitimate two-way prospect for college level. Big power potential once he fills out his long lanky frame, extends arms and creates very good leverage. Good present bat speed with potential for further development, long swing, quick hands and quiet load, hits with a high hand set, covers outer third well. Moves well defensively with long strides and surprising coordination of his long levers, sure hands, good carry on throws with solid release time on throws. Good student.
