Anthony Warneke is a 2015 SS/2B with a 6-2 150 lb. frame from Larkspur, CO who attends Douglas County HS. Warneke has a medium sized frame with a long lean build. Defensively he has a longer release with arm strength up to 77 MPH. He has developing actions on the infield and fields out front well. He has developing footwork to the ball and has solid hands. At the plate, Warneke uses a deep hands back load to start his swing and throws his hands to the baseball. He has a longer rotational swing with developing bat speed and strength. Warneke has some hitting tools that project with strength gains. Good student.
