Jamie Progebin is a 2013 LHP/1B with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Washington, DC who attends Maret HS. Tall frame, broad shoulders with room to fill. Pitches exclusively from stretch. Slow tempo delivery, throws from high 3/4 slot. Short arm action, short in the back. Worked mostly off his fastball. Curveball had loopy 1/7 break. Lots of effort fielding at 1B, hands are solid. Left handed bat. Crouched, high hands approach. Patient at plate, pull approach with good extension. Line drive swing plane, flashes pop.
