Bryce Luken is a 2014 SS/RHP with a 5-11 172 lb. frame from East Moline, IL who attends United Township. Luken has a medium sized frame with a lean build. He developing defensive actions on the infield with solid footwork. He has developing arm strength with good accuracy. Luken starts with a slightly open stance at the plate with a wide base. He maintains good balance through his swing and uses a hands back load to start his swing. Luken uses his hands well and gets extension at contact. He has some power potential and made consistent solid contact. Luken pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with a long loose arm action. He has a repeatable balanced delivery with good extension out front. He competes well on the mound. Excellent student.
