Jack Freedman is a 2014 LHP/1B, OF with a 5-11 190 lb. frame from Los Angeles, CA who attends Crossroads. Freedman has a medium sized frame with a thick build. He pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with a short arm action and hides the ball well. He gets some slight run on his fastball and pitches to his glove side. Freeman throws a 1/7 curve ball with some depth and tight spin. He also throws a change up at 71 MPH with arm side run to it. There is more velocity in there with better use of his lower half. Freedman has showed improvement since we saw him last year. Very good student.
