Peter Irvin is a 2011 LHP/1B with a 6-7 200 lb. frame from Redmond, WA who attends Redmond. Tall projectable build, great pitcher's body. 3/4 arm slot on the mound, short loose arm action, velocity projects well, good armside run on fastball, around the plate with all pitches, ideal build for a pitcher, good pitchability, high upside on the mound. Smooth left-handed swing, good strength in swing, squares the ball up well, ball jumps off the bat, hitting tools project well. Athletic actions at first base, good to the ball.
