Drew Faintich is a 2013 LHP/OF with a 6-3 215 lb. frame from Tallahassee, FL who attends North Florida Christian HS. Extra large and strong build, broad shoulders. Very deceptive and unique delivery, cross body release, high compact arm action from low hand start, gives impression of jumping at the plate, effort on release, lots going on. Fastball to 88 mph, good life when down in zone, short breaking slider gets some depth at times. Big key will be ability to repeat delivery and throw consistent quality strikes, deception makes for uncomfortable at bats. Reliever profile. Good student, verbal commitment to Central Florida.
