Mitchell Aker is a 2012 MIF/RHP/OF with a 6-1 170 lb. frame from Vienna, VA who attends Paul Vl Catholic. Lean athletic build, body projects to fill out well. Drives the ball to all fields, makes consistent solid contact, good swing fundamentals. Huge arm strength in the field, athletic actions, very solid, good feel. Low 3/4 arm slot on the mound, long and loose arm action, very live arm, good arm speed, athletic delivery, good armside run and sink on fastball, feel for 11-5 curveball, high upside on the mound. Solid student.
