Smith has an athletic frame, on the mound, has a loose arm, hands start low and stay low, full hip turn, quick motion, drop and drive delivery, quick arm, tight curveball, works downhill, plus action on change up. Hits from a square stance, leg lift trigger, good bat speed, lift in swing path. Smith is a very good student.
