Robert Vindiola is a 2009 2B/SS with a 5'7'', 145 lb. frame from Hesperia, CA, who attends Sultana High School. Vindiola is a young player with a lean frame. Defensively he has solid actions in the middle of the diamond. Vindiola showed soft hands in game action. He moves around well and goes into the hole well showing body control. At the plate he is a right handed hitter who hits from an average base with a no stride, no load approach. Vindiola is a contact hitter with a line drive swing plane. He was an aggressive hitter in game action and took good swing. He makes consistent gap to gap contact. He will put the ball in play and try to make things happed. Vindiola is a good student as well.
