2004 South Top Prospect Showcase
Douglas Bradley is a 2005, 5'10" outfielder from Dallas, TX, who showed playable running and throwing tools in the outfield. His speed also played better on the bases than his 60 time might suggest. He tracked the ball well on fly balls during the games and made some nice running catches. At the plate, Bradley hits with an open stance, with high hands and no load. It doesn’t look like Bradley has hit with wood much, as it’s very much an aluminum bat swing, with long hands to the ball that limit his bat speed. He does a lot of things well. Douglas is a top level student.
