Zachary Lovell is a 2007 OF/1B with a 6'0'', 210 lb. frame from Lincoln NE, who attends Lincoln SW HS. He has a thick and mature build with good present strength. Lovell is a good runner for his size at 7.13 in the 60. His defensive actions and arm strength project him to left field in the future. Lovell hits from a tall stance with low hands. He has a rock back load and an upper body rotational swing. Lovell has a line drive swing plane and the ball comes off his bat pretty hard due to his strength. He showed some gap to gap power potential. Lovell is an excellent student.
