Preston Price is a 2016 RHP with a 6-1 205 lb. frame from Vista, CA who attends Cathedral Catholic HS. Strong athletic build, with present strength. Still has room to fill out more and add more strength. Simple balanced delivery with good angle to the plate, good use of lower half on his drive. Short arm circle in back to a high 3/4 arm slot. Pitches downhill with fastball that had life to the arm side. Pitched to bottom of the zone with fastball. Ball comes out of hand clean. Mixes in a developing curveball that shows good shape and bite. Good Student. Verbally Committed to Arizona.
