Spencer Meyer is a 2016 LHP/OF, 1B with a 6-1 155 lb. frame from Carlisle, MA who attends Concord Carlisle. Large, lean frame with long limbs and room to fill out. Ran a 7.46 60 yard dash. Left handed pitcher who throws from a three quarter arm slot. Throws easy and topped at 74 mph with fastball, showing occasional arm side run. Flashed a feel for curveball, showing 1/7 break at 67 mph. Sits outside corner and locates well. Loose arm from the outfield with good carry on throws and works through the ball well. Charges the ball at first base showing solid actions. Left handed batter who uses a toe tap trigger for timing. Shows some bat speed and ability to hit to all fields. Occasional line drive contact.
