Marc Garza is a 2014 C/3B with a 5-10 190 lb. frame from San Antonio, TX who attends Brennan H.S.. Medium, strongly built catcher's frame and should add strength. Ran a 7.50 60 yard dash. Bats right-handed, works from a strong, wide, slightly open base and gets his lower half involved. Gets long at times but mostly produces hard line drives. Keeps his hands loose and shows an advanced game action approach. Throws show good carry and he's consistently on the mark from behind the plate. High energy receiver with good hands. Also shows good hands on the infield, profiles best behind the plate. Excellent student.
