Blake LoCicero is a 2016 OF/LHP, 1B with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Madisonville, LA who attends St. Paul`s. LoCicero has an athletic build with broad slopping shoulders. Hits from a narrow upright stance. Starts slightly open. Leg lift trigger, has good bat speed and hands work. Aggressive approach. Line drive swing with good extension. Makes consistent contact and showed pop. Defensively, at 1B feet work well with good fielding action, from the OF, short arm action with good accuracy.Also pitches, 3/4 arm slot with an easy online delivery, good change of speeds to keep hitters off balance. Outstanding student.
