Jorge Guillermo Resto Reyes is a 2012 RHP with a 6-4 214 lb. frame from Arecibo, PR who attends Escuela Superior Dra Maria Cadilla. Solid well proportioned athletic build. Slow paced delivery, very unusual and funky "laso" type arm action, mid to low 3/4's release, repeats pretty well and has deception. Fastball topped at 73 mph, very consistent sinking action and pitches at bottom of the zone or below. Changes speeds on sweeping breaking ball, gets some depth and 2 plane break when on top of the release. Threw strikes, got hitters out front and was very effective.
