Logan Thompson is a 2016 SS with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Sour Lake, TX who attends Hardin-Jefferson HS. Young athletic build, projects well physically. 6.88 runner, shows his athleticism on defense, has range and the ability to make difficult plays, developing arm strength, balance and glove position is young at times but he has plenty of time to improve. Right handed hitter, gets hands moving early, moves well through contact, handles the barrel well and squares up consistently, showed some gap pop to right centerfield, projectable bat with additional strength. Nice young athlete who should continue to improve. Good student.
