Zachary Smith is a 2014 OF/3B with a 5-10 185 lb. frame from San Antonio, TX who attends Johnson HS. Medium build, some present strength. Right handed hitter, very spread crouched stance, gets to front side, long and loose swing, has some strength and bat speed, line drive swing plane, stays on plane and squares the ball up well, has some power potential, would benefit from hitting taller. 7.20 runner, over the top throwing action, some carry on throws, also plays third base. Good student.
