Matt Young is a 2015 RHP/OF with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Corona, CA who attends Centennial. Large frame, tall with a lot of room to fill. Pitches from a high three quarters arm slot. Good fastball command in the low 80s and worked on the edges effectively, good spin to curveball and projects well on the mound. Also hit, long stride from a coiled setup with good balance and a line drive swing plane. Excellent student.
