Ryan Butcher is a 2013 C/3B with a 5-11 201 lb. frame from Miamisburg, OH who attends Miamisburg. Thick build with strength. Developing catch and throw skills behind the plate with step and replace footwork on pops. Stiff arm action. Tools project as 1B and 3B as well. Strength in swing at the plate. High hands approach with good balance. Long, strong swing with power and strength in hands at contact point. Uppercut swing plane with good extension. Showed solid foot speed with 7.09 sixty. Good student.
