Bobby Hughes is a 2013 MIF/3B with a 5-10 145 lb. frame from Chula, GA who attends Tift County HS. Lean build, developing strength. 7,45 runner, light on his feet, loose defensive actions, hands soft at the ball, quick release, arm strength still developing. Right handed hitter, open stance, leg lift trigger, short swing, contact approach, stays balanced on off speed pitches, likes the ball up in the zone, tends to sweep bat on low pitches, would benefit from additional strength.
