Brandon Gilson is a 2013 LHP with a 6-4 205 lb. frame from Prosper, TX who attends Prosper HS. XL frame, lean strength. Low three quarter arm lot, long arm action, quick arm stroke. Hides the ball in delivery, uses lower half well, good balance. Tends to work down in zone, can elevate fastball. Tight spin on slider with good depth, throws it for strikes. Good pitchability, interesting follow. Good bat speed, raw swing, strong at contact. Very good student.
