Daniel Solis is a 2012 RHP/3B with a 5-10 180 lb. frame from Fullerton, CA who attends Sunny Hills HS. Medium build with strength. Leg raise rotational delivery, short arm circle, hides ball well 3/4's release point. Mid 70's fastball, touched 78 mph, will cut or sink fastball at times. Good arm speed on change up, slow curveball with big soft break, throws strikes with all pitches and gets hitters to swing the bats. Right handed hitter, opposite field contact, line drive swing plane, hands tend to get started late.
