Ryan Levine is a 2009 C/1B with a 6'0'', 220 lb. frame from Hackensack, NJ who attends St. Joes Montvale. Levine has a big strong catchers build with very good arm strength behind the plate. He is a bit raw with his catching mechanics, but there's a lot to like about Levine. He is a switch hitting catcher who takes very aggressive swings. He creates excellent bat speed and the ball comes off his bat fast to all fields. He has big power potential with the bat and projects well in all phases of the game. He is a good student and a 2009 catcher to watch closely.
