Dominic Laporte is a 2010 RHP with a 6'3'', 180 lb. frame from Port St. Lucie, FL who attends John Carroll Catholic HS. Nice athletic build, some present strength, projects. Low 3/4's release, easy arm action, minimum effort. FB to 89 mph with running life, good arm speed on change w/sink and fade. Tight sharp mid 70's slider. Locates all pitches. Outstanding young pitching prospect. He was named to the top prospect team at this event.
