Nolan Vanderhorst is a 2009 LHP with a 6'3'', 210 lb. frame from Ellenwood, GA who attends Southwest DeKalb HS. Strong mature build, some strength, long limbs. Long arm action, some whip action at release, 3/4's slot, FB sits at 80-81 mph with good arm side run, sweeping mid 60's CB, some feel for change up. Finesse southpaw, commands his pitches well, good idea of how to mix pitches.
