Gary LeClair is a 2011 OF with a 5'11'', 170 lb. frame from Richmond, VA who attends The Steward School. Medium frame, athletic build, strength in chest. Shows athleticism in the outfield, moves well to ball, good reads off bat with quick first step, good crow-hop and release, comes through the ball well, shows good armstrength with carry on throws, aggressive fielding approach. Simple balanced approach at the plate, no stride lift and replace style hitter, hands work quick to the ball, consistent line drive contact, good balance and extension. Strong follow. Named to Top Prospect Team.
