Pagliacci is a Canadian INF who was a pleasant surprise to us. He can play and college recruiters should check him out. He's going to get stronger which will help him a lot with the bat. He's got hitting ability and a good swing. He just needs to create a bit more bat speed. He runs fairly well and his major strength is his defensive ability. Very good hands, nice actions and and plenty of arm. He projects as a good college 2B who can play shortstop very well if needed. He will end up hitting too.
