Jean Carlos Rosario is a 2015 3B/SS with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Manati, PR who attends Carlos Beltran Baseball Academy. Loose and slender athletic build, some present strength with more to come. Right handed hitter, wrapped barrel start with a long whippy swing, creates nice bat speed and has power projection, showed his mid-field lift, ball comes off the barrel with good backspin. 7.04 runner, soft hands in the infield, fields the ball cleanly, very accurate throws with some carry, charges the ball well and can make the off-balance play. Solid all around talent that projects well. Good student.
