Young is a 2003 graduate who plays middle infield and profiles to second base. He has a level swing plane but needs to develop better hand strength to handle the ball with wood. Young’s best defensive tool are his hands, which are smooth and steady on ground balls. He’s a 7.41 runner in the 60. Ryan needs to find a program where he can play a lot and continue to develop. He's going to get bigger and stronger.
